We have a gorgeous engagement to showcase today that was photographed by SnapKnot member Cristi with NorthStory Photography. He photographed Giorgio and Diana, who decided to stick to the countries tradition by having their friends and family together for their Romania engagement photos that turned out so beautifully. They were taken at Palma, Bucovina in North Romania.
Here is what Cristi had to say about the engagement photos:
“I can’t name a couple that has such a huge lust for life. Every time you meet them they always smile and it makes your day even better. I wished from the very beginning when I first met them that I would get to photograph them on their wedding day.
A week prior to the engagement photo day we met to discuss the schedule for the next week. At that point I knew is going to be an engagement celebration like no other. Knowing that I like to push the limits, Diana suggested for them to dress as their grandparents did. From there my mind starting churning. I was already dreaming about haystacks, mountains, pines and all that could somehow bond the connection between their beauty, simplicity and nature. To immerse in the story even further, the flower wreath and the bouquet which was provided by Queeen Garden Centre & Wedding Planner matched the theme that Diana suggested beautifully.
We did the engagement photo shoot in two of most beautiful places that are in the Bucovina land. We chose a Moldovita Monastery because of the outside mural painting and after that we climbed up to Palma pass where from there we had an amazing view over all the mountains.”
The family and friends that joined together for these Romanian engagement photos shows that every single wedding tradition throughout the world is different than the other. These photos turned out gorgeously, and we hope you enjoy them as much as we do~
Thank you so much Cristi for sharing these traditional Romania engagement photos with us. To see more work from Northstory Photography, visit their website at www.cristisebastian.com or on their SnapKnot profile here.
