Every wedding is beautiful and special in its own way. And not one is exactly the same. As we see from the photos and weddings we share on the blog, every single one is unique. Whether it is the theme of the wedding, colors, or even the wedding gown and wedding decor… each bride and groom can create and plan their own special wedding day.
A Russian Orthodox wedding has many traditions and some traditional Russian weddings last for at least two days to as long as a week! Could you imagine the planning that goes into a Russian wedding that lasts a week?
We are positively smitten with a wedding recently documented by one of our Mendocino, California wedding photographers, Victoria Rodrigues Photographs. Hannah and Tyler were married at Mendocino Woodlands State Park in California and had a lovely union with personally-crafted wedding details. The maid of honor, Miah, created all of the gorgeous signage, while the cake was baked by two of the bridesmaids! Even the flowers, vibrant and stunning, were done by friends and family. Says Victoria of this sweet woodlands wedding:
We are delighted to share with you a handful of gorgeous images from Hawaiian wedding photographer, Chris J. Evans.

The first set of photos are of Tamara and Phil, a couple from Arizona who decided to elope on Maui. Chris enjoyed these major dog and kid-lovers as well as their great attitudes and unquestionable love for one another. Tamara’s dress and Phil’s suit were thrift store specials, as they were already planning their post-wedding trash the dress session.
