Ron and Beth McKinney, from Ron McKinney Studios, captured some very natural and loving moments while shooting this Illinois engagement photo shoot with Jenna and Andrew.
“Jenna and Andrew wanted their photos to be fun and edgy, like they are. We used the wine glasses as props and the forest preserve as a simple, natural background. Using props is a great way to make a photo shoot fun.”
Photographer Becky Schleis form K+B Photography captured moments of love with Aubrey and Matt in a perfect park location in Long Grove, IL. This is what she said about the shoot:
“Aubrey and Matt were such a picturesque couple. They didn’t require much coaching since their love really shines through when they are together. When we first consulted for their engagement session and wedding day, Aubrey told us about their interest in a vintage theme with a mix of a country style. Both of them are from upstate New York and wanted to bring that feel to their engagement session while having the photos taken here in Illinois. We scouted for a location that embodied the charm which the couple was looking for and found Long Grove, IL. It is a small town with an endearing downtown area that had the appeal we were looking for. On the day of the shoot, we arrived at the location early enough to check out their ice cream parlor, grabbed a couple scoops and waited for the couple to arrive. As soon as Aubrey and Matt arrived, we allowed them to walk around and enjoy the area, in hopes that they felt somewhat at home. We were glad that they easily acquainted with the place as we were able to capture natural and sweet moments between the two during the session.”
