With Memorial Day ahead of us, we wanted to share these beautiful military engagement photos between Ed and Jayne that were taken at Lackawac Sanctuary in Northeast, Pennsylvania.
Kay Stockdale with PS Impressions Photography had the opportunity to photograph this couple and here is a little of what she had to say about the couple and their shoot:
“I loved meeting these two and taking their engagement shoot at Lackawac Sanctuary here in Northeast, PA, a beautiful place I had not been before. Ed does some photography himself and had some ideas for the classic “nurse and sailor pose” and a few spots he wanted their pictures taken at. The sun was bright and we worked with that, sometimes waiting until it went behind clouds, sometimes waiting until it came out in all its glory for sun flares. In any case, we hiked all over the sanctuary, Jayne in her high heeled shoes, being a great sport about it all! I probably haven’t hiked as much or gotten in such precarious places to get some shots as on this shoot, but we had a ton of fun. We all loved the images captured and I have the privilege of photographing their upcoming wedding as well, so we will see what adventures we can find in bitter cold January weather here in NEPA!”
