Today we are showcasing a lovely backyard wedding in Saratoga, California. Elizabeth and Steven celebrated their nuptials with a rustic dusty blue theme. This beautiful day was captured by Leo Pham of Leo Pham Photography. Here is a little of what Leo had to say about the special day:
“We came to Steve & Beth’s wedding in their backyard knowing there were some things special about them. They planned the whole wedding by themselves, DIY style, with the help of their closest friends. All the flowers you see were flawlessly arranged by Beth. All of the delicious dishes were made by Steve’s colleagues from the restaurant where he is a chef, and where their love story began.
We love how emotional this wedding was. The love between them was so magical that they both struggled a lot to fight back their tears. Unfortunately, they didn’t succeed even once. The first emotional moment was during the first look. They both had teary eyes and they still did when they did some portraits together. That led to one of the cutest moments between bride and groom we’ve ever seen… Steve used his pocket square to gently wipe away her tears. Things like that really show how much they care for each other everyday, and if you ever wonder what groom’s pocket square is for, it is for that. Once again, we saw Steve trying so hard to fight back the tears when his sister gave the speech. The emotion was just so strong for him to resist. A typical sister and brother don’t usually talk much. But when they do, in such special occasion like this, it is something so indescribable beautiful.”
Thank you, Leo, for submitting such a beautiful wedding. We love seeing how much love, fun, and laughter everyone has with each other on these special days. You can see more of Leo’s work on is SnapKnot page or by visiting his website.
