You do not always have to have a huge wedding with tons of friends and family to have an amazing and special wedding day. Jason and Andria decided they were going to have an intimate wedding ceremony at Scarritt Bennett in Nashville, Tennessee and it was just perfect!

Nathan with Nathan Mantor Photography had the opportunity to photograph this loving couple and here is what he had to say about the two of them and their wedding:

“Jason contacted me to shoot his proposal to Andria, he recently bought a piece of land for their future home and he had a tent set up with several meaningful items to them as a couple on a table. He also had a swing for them to sit on to set off fireworks to celebrate when she said ‘yes!’. After shooting their proposal/engagement photos, they contacted me to shoot the wedding in October.

It was a very small and intimate ceremony taking place at the Scarritt Bennett center. They didn’t have any bridesmaids or groomsmen, or anything with the typical wedding, it was solely an intimate occasion to celebrate the love they shared with out the excess of most weddings.”

Here is a little more from Nathan:

“Both Jason and Andria had been in previous relationships that they learned from, and I believe it was that common bond that made their love for each other that much stronger.

Being a photographer in the south, most weddings are young couples just out of college taking the next step in life. Sometimes, however, it’s the couple that gets a second chance at love that share a closer bond. This couple is definitely one of those, and the love they share shows.

At the end of the reception they had a limo ride to the hotel and it was lightly raining when they left, and it made for a really cool shot at the end.”
