Love stories depicted throughout movies have always been desirable to so many of us over the years. Every girl growing up hoped to have that happy every after and the perfect love story to go along with it. What better way to get that than to feel like you are in a love story than with a Pretty Woman themed wedding? Andie, from Andie Freeman Photography, put together this gorgeous styled wedding shoot, creating the perfect wedding photography that could be recreated for anyone’s special love story.
With a gorgeous red dress, this bride made sure to be true to the pretty woman theme by adding the perfect accessory to match, a beautiful pearl necklace! The colors complimented the dress which tied everything together so beautifully. Not only was the dress perfect, but the groom wore a traditional black tuxedo with a bow tie to stick to the theme.
Here are a few words about this styled wedding shoot from Andie: “I don’t know about you, but as a child in the 80s, I was obsessed with the movie Pretty Woman. Heck, let’s be real. I am still obsessed with that movie. Crazy gal down on her luck meets an amazingly hot, wealthy, AND nice guy that sweeps her off her feet and rescues her? Who couldn’t love that?!?? It’s a modern day fairytale. It probably helps that it occurs in one of my favorite cities in the world. So what could be better than a Pretty Woman Valentine’s Day Wedding? What could be more romantic? Nothing in my book. And it has to be complete with the red dress and pearl necklace.”
This shoot turned out absolutely stunning… we hope you enjoy the photos as much as we did!!
Andie said, “Our groom wore a very traditional black tuxedo with bowtie provided by Perno’s Formalwear. It was the height of sophisticated elegance. Even Richard Gere would be proud!”
Andie said, “Our bride was wearing a stunning red couture dress designed by Mac Duggal and carried by dress shop High Maintenance Formalwear. What would a Pretty Woman Valentine’s wedding be without the red dress? It had a stunning fitted bodice with a heart shaped neckline and mermaid flair at the bottom. It was accented with a multi-tiered black fringe. She also wore elbow length black gloves and gold Sergio Rossi pumps that wrapped up her leg. The icing on the cake was the stunning pearl necklace provided by TK Anderson Jewelers. The pearl necklace is another essential for your Pretty Woman inspiration! Her hair was up in a modern side bun and accented with a black feather hairpiece.”
