Have some idea of the photography style you want for your wedding, but aren’t totally positive? Warren and Jackie of Browns Photography are flexible wedding photographers, and can give you exactly what you want, whether that means shooting with a photojournalistic style or modern edge. Heck, they’re pros at editorial and even traditional wedding photography as well. Based in Stillwater, Oklahoma, this husband and wife team will do whatever it takes to give you the wedding photos you desire.
Over the course of their five years as professionals, Warren and Jackie continue to reach new heights. They pull inspiration from veteran photographers such as Dane Sanders, Zack and Jody Grey, and Christopher Becker.
“We are constantly trying to improve our skills to better serve our couples.”
Based on past experience, the Browns have compiled a list of reminders for couples who are beginning their search for a wedding photographer to consider:
Meeting with the photographer in person prior to the wedding is recommended.
Price should NOT be the only factor.
Think about getting a wedding album and not just a digital disk of all photos.
Be sure and plan enough time to capture the entire wedding day – approx. 6-8 hours.
Only having one wedding photographer can be a mistake.
“Every wedding is unique. We photographed a small wedding on a lake dock a few years ago. We thought we made a mistake when no one was there at the time of the ceremony. Even though we were there early in the right place the entire wedding party was late by one hour. This was a small intimate wedding. Not only was everyone late it also rained the whole time. But it all worked out with some great photos of everyone under umbrellas. You never know what could happen at a wedding. You just have to be flexible. “
