Big Talbot Island at Talbot State Park was the scene for a recent engagement session by Jacksonville, FL wedding photographer Shining Moments Photography. We really enjoyed seeing these Florida state park pictures, complete with a heart in the sand, fun on the driftwood, and the happy couple jumping for joy!

“Some much overdue images from Amy & Elijah’s engagement shoot at Big Talbot Island in Jacksonville, FL. We did this session just before a storm rolled in, and still managed to get over 400 images (more than I’ve ever shot during an engagement session).”

P.S. Did you know that Big Talbot Island is primarily a nature preserve, but it is also famous for a unique beach that contains salt-washed skeletons of live oak and cedar trees that once grew near the shore? Its fitting name is Boneyard Beach.
